The Mobile Biometrics Service enables you to complete your visa application process in the comfort of the place of your choice. Mobile Biometrics combine functionality with portability. Should you opt to schedule an appointment, we will come to collect your visa application form, the necessary travel documents and will take your biometric data at a convenient place of your choice. The Mobile Biometrics Service is available to travel agents and applicants in the regions of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. This service will soon be available in other cities in China.
The GVCW Visa Application Center for Greece offer Mobile Biometrics service at a cost-effective price, listed in the table below. Prices mentioned in the table below are the fees for the Mobile Biometrics service only and do not cover visa fee, service fee and travel costs.
** All documents for each application pack need to be filled out and should meet all the requirements specified by the Embassy/ Consulate General.
*** Biometric enrolment is applicable only to applicants of 12 years of age and above.

When enquiring about the Mobile Biometrics Service, prospective applicants or travel agents for their groups, are requested to provide the following details: name, surname, contact telephone number, place and date of providing biometrics data. Please, note that this service can be ordered only through email or by calling the telephone number listed above.

* Zone A refers to cities which have a VAC and mobile visa service will be provided within the city limits.
* Fixed cost refers to setup and logistics cost associated with each group of applicants.

* Price per application is for a given group size of 30, 50, 100 and 200 applicants. This price will vary depending on the actual group size.
Applicants and travel agents should remit in advance to the designated bank account the relevant Visa Fee and Service Fee for each application and EMS Courier Charge of 70 CYN for each passport if chosen.
The Mobile Biometrics Service charge should be prepaid in local currency (CNY). All the fees are VAT inclusive. Please contact the VAC of your choice.
There is an optional premium lounge service.
Premium lounge service is a facility offered to visa applicants for submitting their visa applications in a comfortable environment for an additional service charge out of turn without any general queues.
- A separate premium lounge, comfortable atmosphere;
- Special assistance offered by VAC employee;
- Complimentary courier, printing and photocopying facility (up to 10 copies);
- Tea/coffee, soft drinks and refreshments;
- Television;
- The ability to pay for all services in the premium lounge avoiding the common cashier desks
Premium lounge service fee is CNY 450 per passport.

There is an optional prime time service for applicants who wish to submit their documents out of regular Visa Application Center submission hours:
- From Monday until Friday from 16:00 until 18:00 and
- On Saturdays from 09:00 until 12:00 (except holidays).
Prime time service lets you avoid standing in queue and ensures a smooth visa application submission process.
Prime time service is offered at a charge of CNY 350 per application on weekdays (Monday-Friday) and at a charge of CNY 380 per application on Saturdays. To avail this service, please book an appointment in advance at the Visa Application Center for Greece of your choice.

There is an optional premium passback service.
You can collect your passport at the Visa Application Center after working hours and without waiting in queue: from Monday until Friday from 14:00 until 17:00. To avail this service, please book an appointment in advance at the Visa Application Center for Greece of your choice.

There is an optional form filling service for CNY 125 per application form.
Applicants can have their Schengen application forms filled in at the Visa Application Center in China. An employee of the VAC will fill in the data given by the applicant. The data entered is based on the information given by the applicant.
The form filling service is voluntary and is not related to the general help and information to the applicant which remains free of charge. The form filling service is no prerequisite to the completeness of the application and does not influence the decision on the application. The VAC cannot be responsible for the outcome of the visa application.

There is an optional translation service of documents offered, from Chinese language into English.
All visa applications require any supporting documents to be in English (or in Greek). This is a key part of a successful application so if your documents need translating, it pays to get them done well. This service is offered from within the Visa Application Centers for Greece: convenient, helpful, expertise right when you need it.
The cost of this service is:
Translation - up to 300 words: CNY 100 per page
Translation - more than 300 words: CNY 125 per page

There is an optional service: A Schengen SIM card is available at the Visa Application Center.
The Schengen SIM card has 10 GB Data, 250 local Schengen minutes and can be used for 100 local Schengen text messages and 100 international minutes in 41 countries. The cost of the Schengen SIM card is 11.10 € payable in RMB as per the current exchange rate at the time of submission of the application at the VAC.

There is an optional courier service applicable per passport.
You can choose to have your passport delivered back to your address by opting for this service while submitting your application. The submission officer at the Visa Application Center for Greece will collect the required address from you and your passport will be returned through EMS courier service after processing. Please make sure to correctly indicate your delivery address in case it is different from your home address. This can be purchased at the time of the visa application submission and you will receive an EMS reference number, which can be tracked on the courier company’s website (www.ems.com.cn) in order to obtain an update about the courier process at any given time.
